Brian McFadden shrugs off Gemma Collins ‘banter’ about bedding him

Brian McFadden has shrugged off Gemma Collins’ "banter" about bedding him.
The former Westlife singer has responded after the reality star – who is dating James Argent – joked she wanted to "jump on" him when he was once in her apartment.
He told Metro.co.uk: "I’m very good friends with her boyfriend. She was just taking the p**s, I know her well, and I’m very good friends with her boyfriend, so she is just having the banter."
His comments come after Gemma, 37, said it was a "lifelong dream" to be with the 38-year-old star.
She laughed: "I wanted to jump on him but he had a bucket of KFC. That was not the reason I wanted to jump on him.
"I thought, how am I going to get McFadden into the bedroom because I wanted to fulfil this lifelong dream of making love to Brian McFadden."
The pair will both be battling it out early next year on ‘Dancing On Ice’, but Brian has played down the idea of something similar to the ‘Strictly’ curse.
He added: "I think the programmes are slightly different. I spoke to James Jordan about this. I think you’re a lot more close and intimate in Strictly than you are on the ice you know, so no I’m not worried."
Meanwhile, Gemma recently thanked her man Arg for the support he’s given her while she’s been training for the figure skating competition.
Last month, she told BANG Showbiz: "Training is all good, Arg has been really supportive about ‘Dancing On Ice’, everyone is saying whatever about me but I’m going to come out and smash it."
