Binky Felstead’s pregnancy will feature on ‘Made in Chelsea’.
The 26-year-old beauty is expecting her first child with on/off boyfriend and co-star Josh ‘JP’ Paterson, and though she insists she won’t allow the birth to be filmed, she does want fans to be able to share in the "fun stuff".
She said: "There won’t be cameras in the delivery suite.
"But you’ll see the fun stuff. The baby shower, guessing the sex.
"We don’t want to overexpose the baby. We want to share our excitement on the show as I have grown up on it and it’s where we met.
"It feels right but we are not sure how the baby will feature when it arrives. There’s still a lot to talk about."
While some of Binky’s friends, including Ollie Locke, Louise Thompson and Rosie Fortescue, have been critical of her relationship with JP, the pair insist they don’t care what anyone else thinks about their baby news.
JP said: "I don’t really care [how they’ll react]. If anything, it’s the least of our worries.
"Some have their motives for being positive about us, others don’t.
"I’m not going to lose sleep over it. And we don’t need people being pessimistic."
Binky added to HELLO! magazine: "We’re starting this year with a blank slate. It’s a new start. We have enough support. If people don’t agree with what we’re doing then I guess we don’t want them in our lives. We’re incredibly lucky and feel so blessed to bring this life into the world. We don’t need anyone else to give us their blessing."
