Billie Eilish is set to release the Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour concert film

Billie Eilish is set to release the Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour concert film next spring.

The Bad Guy singer has co-directed the flick with iconic filmmaker James Cameron, and it will hit cinemas on March 20, 2026, in 3D.

The 23-year-old Grammy winner announced the film’s release date at the final date of the jaunt in support of her 2024 studio album at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Sunday night (23.11.25).

She later shared on Instagram: “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR (LIVE IN 3D) coming to theatres on march 20th 2026 !!!! this has been one of my favorite tours everrrrrr and being able to capture it and co-direct this film with @jamescameronofficial has truly been a dream come true. can’t wait for you all to see it.”

Billie had previously teased the film and collaboration with the 71-year-old Titanic filmmaker.

Speaking at her concert at Manchester’s Co-op Live this summer, she said: “So you may have noticed that there are more cameras than usual in here.

“Basically, I can’t say much about it, but what I can say is that I’m working on something very, very special with somebody named James Cameron, and it’s going to be in 3D. So, take that as you will and these four shows here in Manchester, you and me are part of a thing that I am making with him. He’s in this audience somewhere, just saying.

“So don’t mind that, and also I’ll probably be wearing this exact outfit for like four days in a row.”

The trek started on September 29, 2024, at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City.

Support acts included Nat and Alex Wolff, Towa Bird, The Marías, Young Miko, Ashnikko, Finneas, Tom Odell, Lola Young, Syd, Magdalena Bay, Yoasobi, Fujii Kaze and Men I Trust.
