‘Big Brother’s Jayne Connery has been rushed to hospital.
The 49-year-old beauty has been forced to leave the infamous house in order to seek urgent medical care after she injured herself taking part in a ‘bridge building’ task.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Jayne was knocked to the floor after her fellow housemates pelted her with water balloons and wet sponges as part of a gripping challenge.
The other concerned contestants lunged into the pool to pull the fragile star out of the water before calling for assistance.
Jayne was taken to hospital as a precaution but was given the all clear and later returned to the Channel 5 abode.
The frightening accident will play out on Thursday’s (21.07.16) episode and viewers will later see Jackson Blyton take responsibility for Jayne’s minor injuries.
Prior to her return to the house, Jayne was pulled into the diary to discuss the incident, before telling Big Brother that she is "feeling good" after seeking medical assistance.
Once she’s released back into the abode with her housemates later on, Jackson apologises for hurting her and the pair throw their arms around one another in a bid to settle the feud.
