Beatles fans get first official experience as Apple Corps reopens 3 Savile Row

The Beatles are preparing to welcome fans into one of the most important buildings in their history, as Apple Corps Ltd. announces the first ever official Beatles fan experience.

The project, titled The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, will open in 2027 and transform the group’s former headquarters into a multi‑level attraction filled with rare archive material, recreated studio spaces and access to the rooftop where the band made music history.

The address at 3 Savile Row in London’s Mayfair district is already a magnet for fans who gather outside daily. It served as one of Apple Corps’ earliest headquarters in the late 1960s, became the studio base where Let It Be was recorded, and provided the setting for the band’s final public performance on 30 January 1969.

That rooftop concert, later revived for new audiences in Peter Jackson’s Get Back, has long been out of reach to the public.

The new experience will finally open the doors.

The attraction will span seven floors, each showcasing never‑before‑seen material from Apple Corps’ archives.

Plans include rotating exhibitions, a fan store and a faithful recreation of the original studio where Let It Be took shape.

Visitors will also be able to stand on the rooftop itself, in the exact spot where John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr performed together for the last time.

The original railings from that day remain in place.

Paul McCartney recently revisited the building and shared his reaction, saying: “It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around. There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.”

Ringo Starr added: “Wow, it’s like coming home.”

Apple Corps also confirmed that a second experience is already in development, with further details to be announced.

Fans can register now for updates as anticipation builds for the 2027 opening.
