Audrina Patridge’s ex wants joint custody

Audrina Patridge’s ex-partner Corey Bohan has reportedly filed for joint custody over their daughter.
The 32-year-old television personality filed for a divorce from the BMX professional last month citing irreconcilable differences, but it is believed her former beau has now filed his response, which has seen him ask for joint legal and physical custody over their 16-month-old daughter Kirra.
It has been reported Corey’s court documents, which were filed to the Orange County Superior Court on Tuesday (24.10.17) and have been obtained by The Blast Online, also include a request for spousal support from the former ‘The Hills’ star, as well as a plea for the court to dismiss the order for him to offer the brunette beauty payment.
It is also believed the 35-year-old Australian hunk – who was married to the reality star for 10 months – has asked for the Prey Swim founder to pay for the fees he has racked up throughout the legal battle and pay off his attorney.
This news comes shortly after Audrina was granted full custody of her tiny tot and the estranged couple’s Yorkshire Terrier, named Lady, although Corey was offered restricted visitation rights and is only permitted to meet his child at the Irvine Police Department.
Audrina obtained a temporary restraining order against Corey amid allegations he was "emotionally abusive" to her during their relationship, however the court did not find that Corey was abusive, and a restraining order was previously reissued with modifications.
Audrina is desperate for the court case to be "over with" because she wants to focus on her only child and her future.
Speaking previously, a source said: "Audrina is focusing on her child and really just wants this to be over with. She’s happy to be back in her house and has worked hard to create a loving home there for Kirra. She likes being in Orange County because she’s surrounded and supported by her friends and family."
