Aston Merrygold bought a collection of Burberry baby clothes for J.B. Gill’s newborn child.
The 26-year-old star splashed out on the high-end fashion attire for his former bandmate and wife Chloe’s one-month-old son Ace, and the clothes were all miniature versions of the garments J.B. is often see wearing.
Chloe said: "He turned up at the hospital the first time with a massive bag containing a hamper of Burberry baby clothes – [miniatures] of the things J wears, such as classic little waistcoats and cool shirts."
J.B. added: "He’d got the shop assistants to pad them out, so it looked like a baby was wearing them."
But J.B. insists his son will not be wearing his new top notch fashion items when he takes the little one onto his farm in Kent, south east England, to see the pigs.
The singer-turned-farmer added to HELLO! magazine: "He said to us, ‘Now he’s all set for the farm.’ We were like, ‘Ast, mate, he’s not out wearing Burberry when he’s hanging out with the pigs.’
"Aston loves babies and he’s so good with them."
