The ‘Two and a Half Men’ hunk, 36, has offloaded his Hollywood Hills home after he quietly listed the plush property a few months ago for $12 million.
The mansion, which was built in 2006, boasts stunning views of the Hollywood Reservoir and iconic Hollywood sign, as well as half an acre of private land.
The stunning three-storey house is complete with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an elevator to make moving between floors quick and easy.
The 9,385 square-foot home also has a hi-tech gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, a den, a spa and a swimming pool, according to The Times newspaper.
Meanwhile, Ashton’s fiancée Mila Kunis, 30 – who is pregnant with the couple’s first child – has also recently listed her Mediterranean-style house for $3,995,000.
The 5,000-square-foot home is located in a private cul-de-sac in Hollywood Hills and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home theatre room, a swimming pool and a hot tub.
News that the couple put their individual properties on the market comes after they recently splashed out a reported $10,215 on their first home together.
The glamorous family house sits in an exclusive Beverly Hills gated community, which promises privacy and safety for them and their upcoming new arrival.
It is believed the loved-up pair, who began dating two years ago, will welcome their baby daughter into the world next month.
