Ashley Roberts emotional at Kimberly Wyatt’s wedding

Ashley Roberts got "emotional" at Kimberly Wyatt’s wedding.

The blonde star acted as the Maid of Honour at her Pussycat Dolls bandmate’s nuptials to Max Rogers on February 22 and Ashley couldn’t hold back the tears when they began to walk down the aisle.

Talking on British chat show ‘Lorraine’, she said: "Kimberly was the first one out of all of us. Kim and I were friends even before we were in the Dolls, and so she’s my sister. I got emotional as the Maid of Honour. I took one step down that aisle and I just … Max said to me, ‘Don’t do, it don’t it.’ And I was like, ‘Wah!’ It was a beautiful, beautiful day."

Following the ceremony Ashley, 32, wished the newlyweds well and hopes they have a fairy tale ending.

She wrote on Twitter: "Congrats to the newly married couple @max_rogers @KimberlyKWyatt !! Was truly a fairy tale day. Here’s to happily ever after (sic)"

Also at the wedding was Sinitta, and Simon Cowell’s former girlfriend offered words of support to the couple.

She wrote: "@max_rogers +@KimberlyKWyatt Thank you for sharing your incredibly beautiful and romantic day with us.Your vows melted my heart. #stayblessed (sic)."
