The couple, who have been dating for three months, make sure they keep their romance alive when they’re working apart by speaking on the phone every night.
A source told the HollywoodLife.com: "She’s [Ariana is] having a great time [on tour] but she really misses him [Big Sean], it’s hard because they’re in love, so of course they don’t want to be apart.
"They talk every night before she goes to bed, she doesn’t even want to go out after dinner with everyone because she just wants to get back to her room and talk to him, she’s got it bad."
However, that isn’t the only thing the pair do to stay connected as the 26-year-old rapper – whose real name is Sean Anderson – has reportedly even gifted the brunette beauty his custom-made gold necklace.
The insider explained: "Sean gave Ariana his chain which is a big deal! It’s a mini version of the gold lion he always wears. He had it custom-made for her, it has a diamond crown and everything just like his."
The loved-up duo confirmed their relationship in August when they were caught holding hands on a behind-the scenes camera at the MTV Video Music Awards.
However, the romance came as a shock to fans as the rapper had only ended his five-month engagement to ‘Glee’ actress Naya Rivera in April this year.
