Anton Du Beke: Being a father is incredible

Anton Du Beke says becoming a father is the "most incredible brilliant thing".
The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star and his wife Hannah Summers welcomed twins – a boy and a girl – back in March and he just loves "every second" of raising his two children.
He said: "Anybody who has had children will understand, and you can’t explain it, but it’s the most incredible brilliant thing. I love every second of it. If I could get through the night without sleeping, I’d be happy to just sit there and look at them.
"I love everything there is to it. I love getting involved. I would get up and do the night feeds. I dance with them, I sing to them. We do everything. I love the bath time, changing them is great. It’s brilliant."
And his ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ partner Ruth Langsford has revealed Anton will Facetime his wife and children at any chance he can get whilst they’re training.
Speaking on ITV’s Loose Women, where she was joined by Anton, Ruth said: "When we’re training, every time I go to the loo, I come back and he’s Facetiming Hannah to look at the babies."
Meanwhile, the 51-year-old dancer previously revealed the twins already have "two different personalities" as he admitted his "heart just explodes every time he sees them".
He gushed: "I don’t know what it’s like to be a dad to a single baby, I know what it’s like to be a dad to twins, and it’s the best thing in the whole wide world, ever, I love every second of it, and they don’t feel like twins because we’ve got one of each, a boy and a girl, they’re just two babies.
"They have two different personalities already, I can’t even tell you, my heart just explodes every time I see them, I’ll miss them when I’m on the show, I miss them all the time. I just FaceTimed my wife so she could show me the babies and stuff, I miss them all of the time."
