Amy Hart still in therapy

Amy Hart is still in therapy following ‘Love Island’.
The blonde beauty was brutally dumped by dancer Curtis Pritchard on the ITV2 dating show last summer, but now nine months later, she is still coming to terms with what happened and is struggling with "low self-esteem".
She said: "I still do therapy. Not as often as I would like because I’m so busy. I’m doing it about once a month. She has given my CBT tools to use and ways to help process things. I love it. I understand why Americans use them all the time."
The 26-year-old reality star says therapy has helped her realise she is not to blame for her dating history and realised she let people "treat her like s**t".
She added: "Therapy has really helped me understand it’s not me who is the problem. It’s not my fault I haven’t had a proper boyfriend it’s just that I haven’t found the one. I used to keep messaging guys who were really awful, my friends would tell me to block them and I would pretend I had and then still message them as soon as I was on my own. I would let boys treat me like s**t and still go back for more."
Amy has now signed up to ‘Celebs Go Dating’ in a bid to find love and has revealed that the show’s Anna Williams and Paul Carrick Brunson picked up her low self-esteem and have been helping her through those feelings.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column, she said: "Anna and Paul picked up on my low self-esteem as soon as we started filming.I’d only been filming two days and they spotted straight away how I put myself down and have no self-esteem. I am a little nervous of delving too deeply into that during the series."
