Amy Hart ‘still having therapy’ 9 months after Love Island

Amy Hart is "still having therapy" nine months after ‘Love Island’.
The star quit the ITV2 dating show early last summer after being dumped by Curtis Pritchard, and she admits times have been "hard" since she starred on the programme, but she is glad she is still being true to herself.
She said: "I’ve been out of ‘Love Island’ for nine months and it has been hard. I’m still having therapy.
"People thought what I said on ‘Love Island’ when I left was scripted but it wasn’t, that was me being me. And I know now that I have been true to myself and I am still being true to myself."
Amy admits she cannot help but "bite back" when she is trolled online.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "But it was hard and to come out and realise overnight everything had changed.
"I get a lot of nasty trolling and I can’t help but bite back.
"People preach about being kind but they’re anything but."
Earlier this week, Amy said she was taking a break from social media after being trolled for her teeth.
She wrote on Twitter: "Well after a day of really positive messages about helping eachother and being kind, I think I’m gonna take a break from social media, I don’t need to read stuff like this everyday. The whole be kind thing literally lasted 2 days. (sic)"
She shared some of the hurtful messages she has received, including one in which an Instagram user claimed Amy’s veneers were the "worst I’ve ever seen", and they added: "My ponies have better teeth".
In response to a few trolls, Amy wrote: "thanks gals. Actually have 20 veneers/crowns on my teeth, the front 6 are just more prominent as they are bridges as I have teeth that never appeared. Thanks for your comments though. With all the #bekind movement at the moment maybe just keep it to your group chats? (sic)"
