Amelle Berrabah fell on her head when she was training for ‘Tumble’.
The 32-year-old beauty took part in the gymnastic show two years ago and, although she impressed with her technique, has admitted she almost suffered a "really bad injury" when she crashed onto her neck.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "It was quite a hardcore series, you know there’s a possibility getting injured. I nearly had a bad one when I fell on my head but I was fine."
However, the Sugababes singer was left in crippling pain towards the end of her time on the show after her ankle popped out when she jumped up and down with excitement following a successful routine.
She said: "I fell and caught it again when I was doing one of the shows. I kind of block things out if I don’t want to know, but I haven’t had many problems with it. I did kind of train it up because I got paranoid that I didn’t want it to be weak. Run a lot, cycle, go to the gym, do weights and weight lifting like dead weights. But no I haven’t really had any problems since the accident."
