Amber Heard ‘could miss deposition’

Amber Heard is reportedly at risk of missing her deposition after spending time in London.
The 30-year-old actress was allegedly still in the English capital city on Friday morning (12.08.16) and could violate a court order if she does not turn up for the testimony in her domestic violence and divorce case against Johnny Depp at 10am in Los Angeles, according to gossip website TMZ.
A source told the publication: "Amber is still ensconced in London, even though she’s been ordered to appear for her deposition in her domestic violence/divorce case Friday at 10 AM."
L.A. is eight hours behind London time so she still might make it but there could be "severe" consequences if she is a no-show.
This latest news comes after Johnny’s lawyers claimed she refused to testify at her deposition on Saturday (06.08.16).
Legal documents filed by the ‘Black Mass’ actor’s attorney Laura Wasser claim the actress – who alleges she was physically and verbally abused by the actor throughout their marriage – didn’t enter the deposition room over the weekend.
The papers claim she turned up late at 11:50am for the 10am out-of-court testimony and despite being there until 9pm she didn’t make it into the room, and was instead crying in an adjoining office and yelling in defiance.
Due to this, Johnny’s lawyers requested the domestic violence case be dismissed or that she is prohibited from testifying.
However, it was also reported that Amber, 30, never "refused" to enter the room.
A source said earlier this week: "She was there and ready to proceed. She never refused to go in."
The pair met on the set of 2011 film ‘The Rum Diary’ and were married for just 15 months but split in May.
Johnny, 53, vehemently denies all the accusations made against him.
