Amanda Holden’s Golden Buzzer pick Beau Dermott and Balance Unity in BGT final

Beau Dermott and Balance Unity have progressed to the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ final.
The 12-year-old singer – who was judge Amanda Holden’s Golden Buzzer pick – and the 17-year-old dance act wowed the judges on Wednesday night’s (25.05.16) live semi-final to get through to Saturday’s (28.05.16) finale.
Beau was speechless and in tears after finding out she was through and her mum congratulated her.
Show judges David Walliams, Amanda and Alesha Dixon all chose Balance over Tumar KR, putting the teenager through to the final.
Simon Cowell also admitted he was going to vote for Balance, saying: "You’ve got four yeses".
Beau later returned to the stage to speak to show hosts Ant and Dec.
She said: "It’s just amazing and thank you everyone for voting."
An emotional Amanda said: "It’s amazing. I’m absolutely thrilled. I would love you to win the entire series now."
Balance said: "I feel absolutely amazing. I just want to say thank you to everyone tonight.
"I can’t wait to be on this stage again and give it my all. Hopefully I can impress all of you."
Vox Fortura, The Collaborative Orchestra and Singers, Christian Lee, Danny Beard, Bollywest Fusion and Bespoke Candi all failed to make the top three and were sent home.
Before tonight’s results were revealed, all four judges praised 12-year-old Beau’s earlier performance.
Earlier in the semi-final, Simon admitted he felt as though he’d found a star after the youngster impressed with a scintillating version of ‘Someone Like You’ from ‘Jekyll and Hyde’.
Elsewhere in the episode, last year’s winners Jules, Matisse and Friends performed, much to the audience’s delight.
