Sir Paul McCartney says he’s still writing songs with the same rule‑dodging, wide‑eyed mischief he had as a teenager.

Alexander Skarsgard: I’m an ‘intense’ boyfriend

Alexander Skarsgard is an "intense" boyfriend.
The ‘Legend of Tarzan’ actor – who is dating Alexa Chung – admits he can be quite full-on in all his relationships including those that aren’t romantic.
He said: "I’m pretty intense when it comes to relationships – platonic ones as well."
The 39-year-old actor also has an unusual idea of how to show his girlfriend a good time as he insists the company is far more important than the setting for a date.
He said "If you are with someone awesome and having a good time, you can sit at a bus station and still have fun …
"My hobbies are boating, fishing, lying in front of a fire and drinking red wine."
And Alexa is likely to see a lot of Alexander when they are together as he "loves to be naked".
Asked if he prefers to be dressed or naked, he said: "I’m Scandinavian. Goddamit. We love to be naked!"
Meanwhile, despite the stunts his character is involved in in his latest movie, Alexander admits most of Tarzan’s impressive action scenes were done by other people.
He said: "I did a little bit but we had this incredible trapeze artist there, so I would just jump off the branch and do a little bit of it, then I’d be in my trailer drinking tea while he did all the crazy stuff. Then I’d come out and do the perfect landing."
But the actor still underwent a lot of "intense" preparation for the shoot.
He added to heat magazine: "It was important to look like someone who was raised in the jungle – that’s his natural habitat. You want to feel like when he moves through the jungle, he can do it blindfolded, and his physicality was a big part of that.
"I had to be agile and flexible and getting there was tough. We prepped for about four months and then, obviously, I had to train throughout the shoot. It was very, very intense – the diet and the training. All my energy went into this, so if I ever had a day off, I just spent it passed out on the couch."
Alexander attended the European premiere of ‘The Legend of Tarzan’ on Tuesday evening (05.07.16) in London’s Leicester Square and walked the grey carpet alongside the likes of Margot Robbie and girlfriend Alexa Chung.
