Alex Rodriguez thinks Jennifer Lopez is a ‘queen’

Alex Rodriguez thinks his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez is a "queen."
The 42-year-old former professional baseball shortstop doesn’t mind that the ‘On the Floor’ hitmaker doesn’t want to rush down the aisle with him because whatever she says goes as far as he’s concerned because she’s the head of the household.
Asked how he feels about the 48-year-old singer not wanting to marry him yet, Alex told ‘Entertainment Tonight with a cheeky giggle’: "She’s the queen."
Alex has two daughters – Natasha, 13, and Ella, 10 – with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis while Jennifer has 10-year-old twins Max and Emme with her former flame Marc Anthony, and the pair are just determined to focus on raising their children together.
Alex explained: "We’re raising our children… there’s four of them, and that’s what we strive to do every day. For us, it’s all about the kids."
However, luckily for them, Alex and Marc both get along with one another and they recently came together as a family to watch their daughters’ dance recital as Emme took to the stage alongside Natasha and Ella for a J-Lo-themed performance.
Alex explained: "We just had an awesome, awesome time watching the three little girls. Maybe that’s the new way of families… I came from a broken home, and I think it’s super important for your parents to stick together. Seeing the kids, how happy they get when we’re all together, is priceless."
Meanwhile, Jennifer recently said she was in no rush to progress her relationship with Alex to the next level as she’s made "plenty of mistakes" in the past with her love life.
She said: "I’ve made plenty of mistakes in my past and … we’re mature now.
"We’re grown ups and we’re going to take our time and we’re going to do things at our own pace. And our life right now is incredibly wonderful. Between our kids and our work, we’re truly blessed. We don’t need anything more right now."
