Adrienne Bailon has shed 15lbs ahead of her wedding.
The 33-year-old singer/songwriter got engaged to Israel Houghton in August and has since lost more than a stone of weight thanks to her tea detox, which she has been consuming in her brand new tea set.
In an Instagram video, the brunette beauty said: "My dressing room is almost finished being decorated – I love it.
"One of the things I requested was a new tea set, because you guys know I love to have tea time at lunch time, especially on my FitTea 28-day detox programme.
"Have you guys been joining me on this? Because I lost 15lbs so far and I thank you guys for all your encouraging words."
She then took a sip of tea and added: "Keep it classy, folks.
"You guys can join me on the FitTea challenge."
She captioned the post: "Well folks, I’ve lost 15lbs & counting! Can’t stop. Won’t stop. Focused! Ha. It’s always tea time in my dressing room! Loving my detox with @fittea! Have you joined me?! Um, it’s November 1st! The perfect time to start! Stay classy lol. XO #TeaTime #FitTea#Detox. (sic)"
While the couple only got engaged in Paris in August, Adrienne planned nearly the whole of their nuptials on her flight back to Los Angeles.
She recently said: "I got engaged in Paris and I had a flight home back to LA – it’s a very long flight. I pretty much planned the whole wedding on the plane ride home, so I’m good. It’s going to be elegant and intimate."
