Adam Levine is "very amped up" ahead of his wedding.
The Maroon 5 frontman, who is reportedly set to wed Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo at the exclusive Hotel El Ganzo in Los Cabos, Mexico later today (19.07.14), is "really excited" to get married, according his bandmate James Valentine.
The guitarist told ABC News Radio: "I think he’s really excited. I expected him to be more nervous. They’re very amped up. They’re very happy. It’s going to be really fun."
James also revealed that their fellow bandmate Jesse Carmichael, who recently returned to the band after taking a hiatus, will be ‘The Voice’ USA mentor’s best man, as they have know each other since they were 12 years old.
He told Australian radio station 2DayFM: "Those guys go back. What’s interesting about the band is, I’ve been with the band for 15 years but I’m still one of the ‘new’ members!’"
But James will be performing a "nice little medley" of Beatles tunes during the couple’s intimate beach ceremony.
He joked: "It’s just another gig for me. I’m gonna be playing some solo acoustic guitar during the ceremony when people are walking [in]."
He doesn’t think Adam and the 25-year-old beauty will "settle down" after they’re married.
He said: "They will not! They’re so much fun to be around together. I’m very happy for them."
