Dan Osborne is being investigated by police over domestic abuse claims.
The ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star – whose girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa gave birth to a daughter, Ella, a week ago – is at the centre of a probe involving his former flame Megan Tomlin, with whom he has a one-year-old son Teddy, who claims the 23 year old physically and verbally abused her during arguments over the Christmas period.
According to The Sun on Sunday newspaper, police have confirmed they are looking into "reports of historic domestic incidents".
Dan was previously arrested back in November after a bust-up at Megan’s home in Essex, but was released without charge.
A source close to the reality TV star – who is said to be in the middle of a dispute with Megan, 22, over access to their son – said: "Police have been in touch with him but he hasn’t been questioned and no charges have been brought.
"They are trying to reach a compromise, but it could end up in court."
Meanwhile, ‘EastEnders’ star Jacqueline and Dan have been gushing over baby Ella on their Twitter accounts.
Last week, the 22-year-old actress wrote: "Baby ella osborne was born yesterday thankyou @DannyO and @Sarabro2 for everything. Amazing. She’s perfect x (sic)"
Dan wrote: "So so so so happy to tell you all!! Our baby girl Ella arrived yesterday evening @jacquelineMjos done SO well, proud of you. I love you."
