Lydia Bright says James ‘Arg’ Argent is "doing well" and all the ‘TOWIE’ cast want him to return to the show.
Arg is currently suspended from ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ after struggling with alcohol and substance abuse, but he checked himself into rehab in an attempt to turn his life around.
His on/off girlfriend Lydia has revealed his efforts are working and he is getting back to his old self.
During an interview on ‘This Morning’, she said: "He’s doing really well at the moment … and we’re all praying that he comes back sometime during this series."
Lydia’s ‘TOWIE’ castmate Elliot Wright says Arg’s main inspiration to change is to get back with Lydia.
During the interview, Elliot said: "He’s doing amazing. He’s in the gym every day, he’s working hard, (looking at Lydia) he’s got his inspiration … He’s lost a lot of weight … he’s done fantastic, I’m really proud of him. He was in a bad place and he’s come through it really strong."
Bobby Norris also can’t wait for him to return to the reality TV show, saying: "We’re all missing him and thinking of him. Come back Arg, we miss you!"
