Dakota Johnson found it "eerie" watching ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’.
The 25-year-old actress plays innocent student Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation of the bestselling novel and found it odd viewing herself on screen when she watched the movie because she’d "never seen anything like it" before.
She said: "It was an eerie experience. I’ve never seen anything like it – but I’m really not that objective!"
As well as it being slightly strange, the star admitted she also found it "painful" because the memories of shooting saucy sex scenes with co-star Jamie Dornan – who plays dominating businessman Christian Grey – were still fresh in her mind.
She explained: "It wasn’t long after we finished shooting so I remember every scene and all the difficulties. Seeing it again was sometimes painful."
However, Dakota – who is the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson – revealed she thinks people will like the movie, because it looks "beautiful".
She told Britain’s OK! magazine: "I don’t know how to describe it, but it looks very beautiful."
