Jamelia has slammed online trolls for sending her racist and sexist abuse.
The ‘Loose Women’ star admits she’s been left emotionally shaken and scared for her safety after being targeted by bullies on the Internet.
She wrote on Twitter: "I woke up so happy this morning…only to come on Twitter and see someone telling me they want to slam me in my head…suffice to say…
"My mood changed, I got upset, I was confused and even felt a little scared. Someone I don’t know hates me like that? Wants to attack me??
"This week alone I’ve been called a n****r, a bitch, a sl*t, a sl*g, an idiot, a moron…& while of course I know I am none of these things..
"…it still f**king hurts. I don’t agree this comes with the territory, I don’t believe this is ok, and I certainly should not be allowing..
"…people I don’t even to hurt me in this way. I need to take that option away. My life is so blessed. Far too blessed to allow this stress (sic)."
The ‘Superstar’ hitmaker – who has children Teja and Tiani from previous relationships – is now considering quitting the social networking site to prevent people from targeting her.
