Suzanne Shaw says ‘Dancing On Ice’ has taken over her life.
The former Hear’Say singer won the skating contest in 2008, and admitted training for the current All-Star final series means she hasn’t seen "friends for family" unless they’ve come to watch the show.
She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "I love doing this and I don’t want to wish it away but I have had to be disciplined off the ice.
"I’ve not seen my friends or family at all unless they’ve come down to watch me skating on Sunday nights.
"Last week I had three messages from friends on the same day, all saying, ‘I’ve not spoken to you in ages.’ "
While the show is a big deal for Suzanne, she is still making time for her son Corey, nine, and her mother – although she isn’t getting to spend much time with boyfriend Sam Greenfield.
She admitted: "My priorities are skating, my mum and my nine-year-old son, Corey.
"I didn’t do anything with Sam for Valentine’s Day – I went home after training, put my PJs on and watched some ‘Breaking Bad’. Luckily he understands it isn’t forever."
