Mel B wants Stephen Belafonte out of her life.
The ‘X Factor’ judge walked out on her husband of seven years shortly before she was taken to hospital suffering with severe stomach pains just over a week ago and sources close to the couple say Mel, 39, is tired of their furious arguments.
The friend explained: "At the moment she is discussing divorce.
"She knows this isn’t the easiest option. It’s going to be tough. But she knows her marriage is over."
The insider added that Mel was particularly annoyed that her husband decided to fly to California with their three-year-old daughter Madison and her nanny while she was still recovering from her illness.
The source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Mel is raging that Stephen thought it OK to go off with Madison like he has.
"She’s in bits about this. It’s the final nail in the coffin as far as her relationship with Stephen is concerned."
