Justin Timberlake’s former ‘NSYNC bandmate has confirmed the singer and Jessica Biel are expecting their first child.
Joey Fatone claims the ‘Not a Bad Thing’ hitmaker, 33, told him the happy news "a while ago" and has now given him permission to "talk about it."
The 37-year-old star told InTouch magazine: "He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut. But now I can talk about it!"
Joey thinks Justin and the ‘Total Recall’ actress, 32, will be "fun" parents.
He said: "Jessica is awesome, and Justin is a kid at heart. [They’ll have] fun."
Just last week, Joey predicted Justin was going to be a "great dad."
He said: "He’s always been great with kids in general. He’s going to be great. I think he’ll be very hands-on."
While the couple have yet to publicly address the pregnancy rumours, the brunette beauty’s pal and InStyle editor Ariel Foxman also posted and then deleted an Instagram that read: "Congrats @jessicabiel on your impending motherhood … Looking forward to the red carpet maternity style pix to come" in October.
A source close to the couple previously claimed they are "worried" about confirming the news.
The insider said: "They’ve been trying for a while to get pregnant, there’ve been some issues so that’s probably part of it too, they don’t want to announce it until it’s further along and they’re out of the woods for a miscarriage."
