Katie Price will reportedly be joined by one of her former lovers in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.
The 36-year-old star is rumoured to be entering the reality series house early next year and a number of her high-profile former flames are in the frame to join her, including Dwight Yorke, 43, Gareth Gates, 30, and Katie’s first husband Peter Andre, 41.
Katie’s ex-husband Alex Reid and her "first love" Dane Bowers have appeared on the show before but failed to ignite the drama TV bosses were craving.
An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "There was nowhere near the fireworks they hoped for.
"So this year they want Katie in there herself to cause havoc with an ex. It could be very explosive."
Other stars tipped to appear on the Channel 5 show include Calum Best and Danniella Westbrook.
The former ‘EastEnders’ actress is said to be keen to appear on the 15th series after revealing she’s living in sheltered accommodation and relying on food banks to feed her family.
However, she’s said to be reluctant to leave her children but recognises she needs the money.
The source explained: "She hates to leave her kids, but she needs cash, and fast."
