The ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ final is reportedly under threat because of a sickness bug.
The ITV show’s crew are believed to have been struck down by an illness that has been dubbed "jungle fever".
A source revealed: "The bug started this week and is really, really nasty. It has spread rapidly through staff with some having to leave the set after vomiting.
"They are being extra careful to make sure anyone who might have caught the bug to stay well away from the campmates.
"It’s far from ideal but they are working hard to make sure it doesn’t disrupt the show."
As well as the illness, bad weather is also believed to be threatening the final, with a warning for severe storms this weekend worrying the show’s producers.
Insiders reveal that the group’s campsite may have to be moved to higher ground if there is a risk of flooding.
The source continued to The Sun newspaper: "The health and welfare of our crew is of utmost importance."
‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ returns to ITV tonight (06.12.14), where the final four contestants: Carl Fogarty, Edwina Currie, Melanie Sykes and Jake Quickenden will be whittled down to three for tomorrow night’s (07.12.14) final.
