Kelly Brook’s ex-fiancé has sparked outraged after he bragged about dodging his train fare earlier this week.
David McIntosh, who was dumped by the model last week, has come under fire on Twitter after he boasted about travelling to London without paying for a ticket.
Writing alongside a picture of himself sitting on the Virgin train on October 1, he tweeted: "Living that Virgin train life… on Route to London, made it to stoke so far with out a ticket sickkkkk! If I make it all the way I’m one lucky guy (sic)."
However, some of David’s fans didn’t agree with the star’s sneaky actions and decided to report him to the train company in the hope of landing him in trouble.
One user, Garydread, told Virgin: "Can you look out for this evasive member of the public? He’s the reason ticket prices are increasing."
Despite admitting he’d avoided paying his fare, a spokesman for the hunk insisted he had a valid ticket for the journey and was simply joking with his fans.
David’s representative told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "David had a valid train ticket that day and made the comment purely in jest. Anyone who follows David on Twitter knows he’s a joker who often tweets silly stuff to be humorous. The public should not take everything David says so literally."
Meanwhile, David was left heartbroken recently after Kelly, 34, called time on their engagement after he allegedly cheated on her with his ex-girlfriend.
