Amber Rose will reportedly receive more than $1 million following her split from Wiz Khalifa.
The 30-year-old model – who filed for divorce from the ‘Black and Yellow’ hitmaker on Wednesday (24.09.14) over suspicions he had been unfaithful – reportedly insisted on an eight-page pre-nuptial agreement before the pair tied the knot last April and insiders told TMZ she is pushing for the terms to be enforced because the $1 million settlement in the document is more than she would likely be awarded without it.
However, in her legal documents which were filed this week, Amber – who has 19-month-old son Sebastian with Wiz – is also seeking spousal support, and the pre-nup specifically denies her entitlement to it if she accepts the one-off payment.
The pre-nup does not discus custody of Sebastian, but Amber is seeking full legal and physical rights to the little boy.
Yesterday (25.09.14), Amber tweeted her sadness at the split and slammed slammed "fake" rumours claiming she had grown close to Nick Cannon following his split from Mariah Carey.
She wrote: "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this…..
"Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same….
"I’m devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time.(sic)"
