Strictly Come Dancing release song and dance list

‘Strictly Come Dancing’ have released the first song and dance list of the series.

The BBC One celebrity dance contest kicks off this weekend and it has now been revealed what dances the famous faces and their professional partners will be attempting, as well as what song they will be dancing to.

Former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ hunk Mark Wright and his partner Karen Hauer will be doing the Cha Cha to Wham!’s ‘I’m Your Man’, The Saturdays’ Frankie Bridge and Kevin Clifton will be dancing the Waltz to ‘Someone Like You’ by Adele and pop star Pixie Lott and partner Trent Whiddon will take on the Jive with Taylor Swift’s current single ‘Shake It Off’.

‘Mrs. Browns’ Boys’ actress Jennifer Gibney will also attempt the jive to summer hit ‘Happy’ by Pharrell while EastEnders’ Jake Wood will be doing the Tango to Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’ and Caroline Flack will brave the Cha Cha with partner Pasha Kovalev with The Jacksons ‘Can You Feel It?’ providing the soundtrack.

Meanwhile, it was announced earlier this week that Donny Osmond would be making an appearance on the show ‘s judging panel for a week after winning the US version, ‘Dancing with the Stars’, in 2009.

He said: "It’s a huge honour to be asked to guest judge on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ … I’m going to be a tough judge, and the contestants are really going to have to give me their all."
