Kelly Brook has blamed her weight gain on working out.
The glamorous model has admitted to having a larger appetite while living in Los Angeles with her fiancé David McIntosh and despite their intense gym work outs, the beautiful brunette is convinced she is actually putting on weight.
Speaking on BBC Radio 1, Kelly said: "I found that the more I work out, the [hungrier] I am. So I’m getting bigger.
"Everyone’s like, ‘Why is Kelly at the gym everyday in LA but getting bigger?’ And I’m like, ‘Cause it’s making me want to eat more!’ "
The lingerie designer also revealed her love of calorie-dense protein shakes and confessed to having more than one a day.
She explained: "Then you have those protein shakes and they’re nice ’cause they’re all chocolate and banana and peanut butter’ so I have three of those a day."
The 34-year-old star has been hitting the gym with her former ‘Gladiators’ star fiancé but Kelly said his expertise in the gym isn’t always a plus.
She added: "I feel embarrassed going to the gym with him because he makes so much noise.
"I’m on the treadmill and he’s doing the weights on the other floor and I can hear him [groaning]. Why are you making so much noise?! It’s so embarrassing!"
