Robin Williams to be immortalised in video game?

Robin Williams’ fans want him to be immortalised in the video game ‘The Legend of Zelda’.
The Mrs. Doubtfire actor – who committed suicide earlier this week – was such a big fan of the popular fantasy themed action-adventure game series that he named his only daughter after the titular character.
And now fans are calling for the much-loved star to be memorialised in an upcoming sequel and have started an online petition to have a character in the next instalment of ‘The Legend of Zelda’ to be named after him, according to TMZ.com.
The petition listed on change.org – which has so far received 77,000 signatures – is asking for the next incarnation of the game to feature a character named Robin.
It reads: "He won’t get to play it, but he’ll live on forever in a universe he always loved."
In addition to naming his daughter – who has brothers Zak, 31, and 22-year-old Cody – after the video game, the ‘Flubber’ funnyman also appeared in two advertisements for it.
The 63-year-old star was found in his home in California on Monday (11.08.14) and is said to have taken his own life due to his struggles with depression.
He was also in the early stages of Parkinson’s Disease, a condition which he hadn’t yet told the public he was suffering from.
