George Michael loves watching ‘Coronation Street.’
The 51-year-old singer admits he can’t get enough of the ITV soap’s omnibus on a Sunday and won’t let his busy schedule force him to miss the weekly episode.
When asked what his guilty pleasure is, he told The Guardian Weekend magazine: "Sunday morning – loads of episodes of ‘Corrie’ to watch."
The former ‘Wham!’ frontman – who was sentenced to eight weeks in prison in 2010 for driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs – previously revealed he had swapped his old lifestyle of cannabis for the popular television show because it makes him smile.
He said earlier this year: "I watch ‘Corrie’ especially because it’s more of a laugh. Even when life is tragic on ‘Coronation Street,’ it’s still funny."
Speaking about his brief stint in prison four years ago , he added: "Jail wasn’t great. I just thought, get your head down and get on with it.
"It turned out to be easier than I was expecting because I knew I deserved to be there."
