Cheryl Fernandez-Versini wants Paolo Nutini duet

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini wants to duet with Paolo Nutini.

The ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’ hitmaker has urged the 27-year-old singer to contact her as she’s keen to team up with him in the near future for an acoustic track.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: "He needs to get in touch. He’s really cool and I’d love to do something stripped back and acoustic."

However, the 31-year-old beauty may need to wait a little while longer as Paolo has a busy schedule ahead of him this year.

He said previously: "The next few months are more shows, more festivals, gigging throughout the summer up until September… we just keep gigging.

"We’re pretty much at a gig every second day … if we even get that amount of time!"

Meanwhile, Cheryl is set to release her fourth LP ‘Only Human’ in November and she recently admitted she wanted to include a mixture of genres on the collection to put a "fun" spin on it.

She said previously: "The album is the most versatile album I’ve done so far.

"There’s a lot of flavours on there. I wanted to go back to the pop route and do a lot of pop, there’s a bit of RnB on there, a bit of 90s dance vibes, I mean it’s just fun, you know it’s hopeful, it’s up-lifting."

She added: "I just want people to enjoy themselves for an hour… I’m not saving lives, I’m making pop music you know."
