Cameron Diaz is aware of the pitfalls of filming a sex tape – and has no intention of becoming another victim.
The 41-year-old actress stars in new comedy movie ‘Sex Tape’ with Jason Segel, with the pair playing a couple who decide to make an erotic home movie which accidentally leaks online.
Reflecting on the potential pitfalls of making a personal porno at a New York screening of the film on Monday night (14.07.14), Cameron told the USA Today newspaper: "That is one of those things that we, as a society, have to pay attention to. Just because technology is there it doesn’t mean that it has to own us.
"We can utilise it however we want, you know, and if you’re going to put your most valuable material into other people’s hands, it’s a good thing to make sure that it can’t just go anywhere."
