Jeremy Kyle pepper-sprayed in Magaluf

Jeremy Kyle was pepper-sprayed by a nightclub bouncer in Magaluf.

The television presenter – who is known for interrogating unfaithful partners on ‘The Jeremy Kyle Show’ – was visiting the party resort on the Spanish island of Mallorca with a crew of cameramen when he was warned by a bouncer to keep away.

‘Gogglebox’ star Scarlett Moffatt said in her column for the Daily Star newspaper: "It was clear to all that Jeremiah wasn’t making a show to promote Maga and wanted to dish the dirt in the name of shock entertainment where his viewers can judge what they don’t understand.

"While he may’ve thought clubbers too wasted to recognise how out of place he looked, he didn’t account for the workers unprepared for their beloved party island to face another slagging.

"And one bouncer from one of the busiest bars warned Jezza that he couldn’t come into the club."

Scarlett – who has also appeared on MTV reality series ‘Beauty School Cop Outs’ – claimed Jeremy’s "mooching around" was bad for business and resulted in the bouncer taking matters into his own hands.

She added: "It ended with Jezza being pepper-sprayed by the bouncer and the poor fella was as confused as one of his show guests getting a full-house on the lie detector machine."
