Britain’s Prince Harry has declined an offer to see Peter Andre in concert.
Comic David Walliams invited the 29-year-old royal to see the ‘Mysterious Girl’ crooner perform at Royal Albert Hall in London after spotting a flyer for the concert during the Responsible Business Awards – held at the same venue – on Tuesday (08.07.14), but the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge has revealed Harry turned down the opportunity.
He told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I asked Prince Harry if he wanted to come with me. I said I had front row tickets for every night of the tour, but, very strangely, he declined."
The funnyman hosted the awards ceremony, which was attended by Harry, his brother Prince William and father Prince Charles, and the good-humoured royal enjoyed some banter with David.
The comic was heard telling Harry: "I mean your father has Wales, your brother has Cambridge – not as big, but still quite nice – but you don’t have anything. How about Croydon? Prince Harry of Croydon?"
The awards ceremony was organised by Prince Charles’ charity, Business in the Community.
