Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are planning a property renovation business.
The couple – who have 12-month-old daughter North together – spent $11 million on a Bel Air mansion last June but have not yet moved in as they have been making improvements to the property and are now said to have decided to sell it on at a huge profit once work has finished.
And insiders told website TMZ that Kim and Kanye have enjoyed the renovation process so much, they want it to be a sideline that will see them work on several houses and estates a year.
The couple are said to be convinced the venture would be a success as they know all the "best people" in fields such as architecture, interior design and landscape gardening.
Despite wanting to sell their new home, the couple are in no hurry to find a new one as they are happy living with the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star’s mother Kris Jenner.
The duo were initially hoping to move into the mansion at the end of last year but, after a few early on glitches, their moving date was pushed back until this month but it is still unclear when work on the house will actually be complete.
