Scarlett Johansson celebrated her fiancé’s 32nd birthday in the Hamptons.
The 29-year-old actress, who is pregnant with her first child, hosted an intimate dinner for French journalist Romain Dauriac with four of their friends at Indian Wells Tavern in Amagansett in East Hampton, New York on Thursday night (03.07.14).
The ‘Her’ star and the group were joined by staff members to serenade Romain with ‘Happy Birthday,’ before presenting him with a chocolate peanut butter pie.
A source told the New York Post’s Page Six that the blonde beauty was dressed casually in black overalls and a T-shirt and also dined on a turkey burger and sipped sparking water throughout the meal.
Scarlett, who divorced Ryan Reynolds in 2010 after two years of marriage and started dating Romain in November 2012 after being introduced by a mutual friend, tattoo artist Fuzi, previously admitted it is easier to be in a relationship with a non-actor.
She said: "It is [easier], but it’s more than that. We do different things. He’s in the whole art-scene world. So it’s nice, because we can enjoy each other’s worlds, but we don’t have our crazy conflicting schedules and all that other stuff to contend with."
She added: "And, you know, of course, actors, in general, they’re obsessed with emotions. Although, [Romain is] French, so he’s also probably overly into his emotions."
