Courteney Cox’s engagement ring was designed by Tobey Maguire’s wife.
Jennifer Meyer took to her Instagram account today (01.07.14) to share a photograph of the stunning diamond band she’d created for her friend Johnny McDaid to present when he popped the question to the actress.
She accompanied the snap with the caption: "I guess he liked it so he put a Jennifer Meyer ring on it!! Xo #Johnny Courteney #jennifermeyer #engagementring (sic)."
The Snow Patrol rocker proposed to the former ‘Friends’ star, 50, last week after just six months of dating.
The loved-up couple shared the happy news with their fans shortly afterwards, by each posting on Twitter, "I’m engaged to him!" and "I’m engaged to her!"
The pair were first spotted together in December when they attended Courteney’s close friend Jennifer Aniston’s holiday party in Los Angeles, but speculation things were moving very fast began to swirl earlier this year when the couple’s mutual friend Ed Sheeran – who introduce them to one another – let slip that they had moved in together.
Meanwhile, Courteney finalised her divorce from her ex-husband David Arquette in May last year, but they remain on good terms and share custody of their 10-year-old daughter Coco.
