Mick Jagger ‘looking forward’ to singing live again

Sir Mick Jagger is "looking forward" to performing live with The Rolling Stones again.
The legendary ‘Brown Sugar’ group postponed dates in Australia and New Zealand after the singer’s partner, L’Wrenn Scott, took her own life in March, in order to give him time to grieve.
The band resume touring tonight (26.05.14), performing in Oslo, Norway, and Mick says he’s ready to get back on stage.
He wrote on Twitter: "Had a beautiful walk in Frogner Park, Oslo yesterday. Looking forward to the first show! Mick #StonesOslo (sic)"
Alongside the message the 70-year-old frontman posted a photo of him smiling by a fountain.
L’Wrenn took her own life by hanging herself in her apartment in New York, leaving Mick distraught.
In a Facebook message written the day after her body was found, he wrote: "I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.
"We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves. She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me.
"I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received. I will never forget her."
The Rolling Stones’ 14 on Fire tour will see them appear across Europe until July, then they will perform their rescheduled dates in Australia and New Zealand in October and November.
