Harry Styles’ team promises to ‘review’ restricted view in VIP area on Together, Together tour

Harry Styles’ team has promised to “carefully” reassess restricted‑view spots on the floor of his arena shows and “adjust” them wherever possible.

Fans who paid VIP prices for pit access have been flooding social media with clips showing a 10‑foot runway blocking their view of the pop superstar.

What was meant to create a “free‑flowing floor experience” has instead sparked frustration among concertgoers who say they can barely see the main stage.

One fan posted on X from Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff Arena, writing:  “@Ticketmaster_NL @TicketmasterCS why does VIP front GA have reduced visibility? We can’t see anything of the main stage. This is a total scam and false advertising especially after the s*** show of security today.”

Another video was bluntly captioned: “VIP PAID £350 FOR THIS VIEW.”

Styles’ team responded to the backlash in a statement to Variety, explaining the intention behind the setup:  “The floor concept was designed to give fans freedom of movement and the ability to experience the show from different positions, rather than being confined to one fixed viewing angle. That open, free‑flowing floor experience has always been an essential part of Harry’s live shows.”

They acknowledged, however, that some areas were not working as intended.

It continued: “A small area of the staging in specific floor positions appears to have had a restricted sightline. Those areas are being reviewed carefully and adjusted where possible in compliance with all safety restrictions.”

The complaints come weeks after Harry’s former One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson made headlines for offering refunds to fans stuck with restricted‑view seats on his own tour.

During his Bologna show in April, Louis told the crowd: “I just wanna say, these tickets behind the screens, it’s not right, it’s not right. Send us an email, we’ll refund you, we shouldn’t be selling them tickets!”

Fans praised him widely online for the gesture, calling it thoughtful and generous. His support act ADMT echoed the sentiment, telling ContactMusic.com: “I think it really shows character, because he didn’t have to do that. And I think that shows you don’t have these delusions of grandeur… you’ll go, okay out of my pocket, I’ll look after you, because that’s the right thing to do. It’s not something you see all the time these days.”

Harry Styles’ Together, Together tour continues tonight (20.05.26) in Amsterdam.
