Bring Me The Horizon re-work debut album and announce tiny Manchester gig

Bring Me The Horizon have unveiled Count Your Blessings | Repented, a complete re‑recording of their 2006 debut LP Count Your Blessings that the band describes as a “reactivation” rather than a nostalgic look back.

Set for release on July 10, the 20th anniversary project sees Oli Sykes and guitarist Lee Malia revisit the record with a sharper, heavier and more modern edge, working with Buster Odeholm on mixing to present the material in a way they say feels “reborn” and newly vital.

The tracklist includes a refreshed version of Liquor and Lost Love, restored to its original working title Dragon Slaying, as part of the band’s effort to re-contextualise the era for longtime fans and a new generation discovering the album for the first time.

To mark the release, the band have also announced a tiny show at Manchester’s B.E.C. Arena as part of Outbreak. Titled Outbreak Presents: Count Your Blessings | Repented, the performance will see Bring Me The Horizon play the album front to back for the first time, alongside additional material from the same period. The event is co‑curated with Outbreak and is designed to feel like a defining moment for fans who were there at the beginning as well as those coming to the record anew.

Static Dress and Dying Wish are among the support acts, rounding out a night built to celebrate the band’s earliest chapter through a contemporary lens.

Tickets go on general sale on Friday (17.04.26) at 10am GMT, with fans who pre‑order the album by Tuesday (14.04.26) at 3pm GMT gaining access to a pre-sale.

The Kool Aid rockers recently hosted screenings of the immersive concert film,  L.I.V.E. In São Paulo, with mosh pits breaking out at cinemas. It’s since been released digitally and in physical formats, following a 48-hour screening.
