Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oli Sykes launches new live production venture

Oli Sykes has announced the launch of Patient Zero, a next‑generation live-production company focused on building large‑scale, narrative‑driven experiences.

The Bring Me The Horizon frontman developed the venture after years of shaping the band’s arena‑level shows, which have become known for their ambitious visual storytelling.

Patient Zero’s first major project is already underway: the ILLENIUM + Bring Me The Horizon live experience at Sphere Las Vegas, one of the world’s most advanced performance venues.

From opening night, footage of the show spread rapidly online, with fans highlighting the production’s blend of cinematic world‑building, real‑time animation and large‑format audiovisual design.

Oli led the concept and creative direction for the Sphere project and served as executive producer, developing a visual universe tailored specifically to the venue’s capabilities.

The result is a hybrid performance that pushes beyond traditional concert staging and into fully immersive territory.

Joining Oli at Patient Zero is longtime collaborator Nick Keays, who serves as director and producer and led character design for the Sphere show.

The project’s art direction is overseen by Jacob Harry Carter, co‑creative director of Bring Me The Horizon alongside Oli.

Patient Zero will announce additional projects in the coming months as the company expands its slate of large‑scale live experiences.

Meanwhile, fans across the globe have been starting mosh pits in cinemas at the screenings of the band’s epic concert film, L.I.V.E. In São Paulo.

The band recorded their sold-out 2024 headline show at Allianz Parque, where they played to a whopping 50,000 fans.

Oli admitted they “lost our minds” editing the footage together to create the immersive experience for fans.

He penned on Instagram: “This project was a true labour of love. Weeks spent in a windowless room sifting through over 100 different camera angles shot in various formats hours of fan submitted footage, trying our absolute hardest to get this movie as close as possible as the absolutely mind melting experience this show was. As you can see we deffo lost our minds with it.. but seeing the reaction so far tells us it was totally worth it.. thank u to our incredible crew who puts the show on for us and thank u to the entire film team who captured the memory for us (sic)”

The film is showing again in cinemas on March 28, following the March 25 screenings.

The live album, L.I.V.E. IN SÃO PAULO, is set to be released April 10, across streaming platforms, vinyl, and CD/DVD.
