Anais Gallagher would love Oasis to ‘Live Forever’ as she addresses future shows

Anaïs Gallagher is hopeful Oasis will “live forever” — and there could still be more to come from the Britpop legends after their Live ’25 reunion tour.

The 25‑year‑old photographer spent the summer following her dad, Noel Gallagher, 58, and uncle Liam Gallagher, 52, across the UK and Ireland as they reunited on stage for the first time in 16 years.

Speaking to NME, she admitted the experience left her wanting the Live Forever band’s revival to continue.

She said: “I would love for Oasis to live forever, and I think it does in our hearts, but who knows!”

Anaïs said seeing Oasis as an adult gave her a completely new perspective compared to her childhood memories of life backstage.

She said: “It was incredible to see.

“We had memories of Oasis before, but then I mainly cared about how many Milky Way Stars were in the dressing room or how many beef-flavoured Hula-Hoops were there for me to eat! So it was nice to now be able to go to the shows and experience it with a relatively clean head.”

She didn’t just attend a handful of gigs — she went to 12 nights in a row, starting with the opening show at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on July 4 and continuing through Heaton Park in Manchester, Wembley Stadium in London, Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium and two huge nights at Dublin’s Croke Park.

Despite the marathon run, she insisted she never once grew tired of the setlist or the atmosphere.

Speaking on BBC Radio Manchester’s Mad For Oasis special, which she presented, she said: “I could never get bored of the shows, they’re just that good that I have an amazing time.”

Anaïs admitted the tour left her exhausted — but not because of the music.

She went on: “I’m knackered … The only thing that’s quite draining about being on tour is the amount of people I need to talk to. I’m a good daughter, I’m a good host, so I want to make sure everybody’s in their seats and everybody’s got a drink and everybody knows where the fire exits are… but that can get a bit tiring after a while.”

She even took on the role of unofficial Oasis guide, teaching her friends how to do The Poznan — the Manchester City celebration Liam encouraged during Cigarettes and Alcohol.

Anaïs recounted: Every time I bring my friends, they’re like, ‘What are we doing?’ And I’m just like, ‘Put your drinks down.’… ‘Just you wait…’”
