Hayley Williams takes precautions against ticket touts for upcoming tour

Hayley Williams is “doing her best” to ensure fans can get tickets for her upcoming solo tour.

The Paramore frontwoman has announced the Good Dye Young Presents: Hayley Williams At A Bachelorette Party concert series, which will take place in North America and Europe next year, and after blasting the “broken and convoluted system” that sees many tickets resold at vastly inflated prices on secondary sites, she and her team are trying a new system to make things as fair as possible.

Hayley has partnered with Openstage for a verified presale, which opened at 10am ET on Monday (10.11.25) and closes 24 hours later. The sale will require two-factor authentication, with users having to verify both their email address and phone numbers to gain access to a unique code.

She wrote on her Instagram Story: “It feels like the right time to let you know… I’m going on tour. And I want to get tickets into the hands of my fans, at a price that is as reasonable as I could get.

“I’ve had countless conversations with my team, and they’ve spent countless hours trying to find the best solution for fans to be able to buy tickets. It’s been tough (to say the least), and unfortunately, there’s no way to guarantee that zero tickets get scalped. But we’re doing our best.

“In short, I’m trying out a platform called Openstage to host a verified presale registration. Openstage’s fan validation system helps verify human fans and reduce bots and scalpers, giving my fans a better chance to access tickets.

“All registrants will be required to verify both their email address and phone number as a preventative measure against bots and scalpers. Only those registered and verified for the presale will receive a unique code to purchase tickets during the presale period.

“It’s important to note that receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to buy tickets – they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.”

The Parachute singer noted “this system won’t be perfect” and fans “shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to buy tickets to see the show”.

She added: “Unfortunately, it’s a broken and convoluted system. My team and I are doing everything we can, and I am hopeful that the processes we’ve put into place will get as many tickets into the hands of my fans (at face value) as possible.

“I can’t wait to be back on the road and see all of your faces. We’ll dance, scream and cry together.”

Fans who register for the presale will recieve an email by 10am ET on Thursday (13.11.25) with a “ticket unlock” code before the pre-sale starts on Friday (14.11.25).

If it sells out, those who miss out will have limited chances to gain access as resale will be available through a face value exchange.

In addition, ticket transfers will be disabled in certain states, limiting the chances for them to reappear on secondary sites.
