Rag’n’Bone Man teams up with Danger Mouse on new groove-laden tune Time To Love

Rag’n’Bone Man has released the Danger Mouse-produced tune Time To Love.

The Human hitmaker says he’s achieved a dream by working with the studio wizard on the groove-laden tune that traverses blues, soul, and hip-hop

Rag’n’Bone Man said: “Time To Love is about taking a moment to let love exist – even in a fast-moving world, but also about opening up to the possibility of finding love after a long time being shut off. Working with Danger Mouse has always been a dream of mine: I love his recognisable stamp and creative approach. Having the opportunity to work with him has allowed me to explore a different side of my sound and still lean into some of my longstanding hip-hop influences. I’m really proud of what we’ve made.”

Rag’n’Bone Man recently teased the track, describing it as “slightly underground”.

He told Rolling Stone AU/NZ: “It’s a real banger. I would say it’s slightly underground. It’s not necessarily a big pop song but it really has heads nodding in the audience.”

Danger Mouse – whose real name is Brian Burton – is known for his work with the likes of Gnarls Barkley, CeeLo Green, Broken Bells, The Black Keys, and Gorillaz.

Rag’n’Bone Man recently featured on Danger Mouse and Black Thought’s track Up.

Time To Love follows the singer-songwriter’s 2024 album What Do You Believe In?, which reached number two on the Official UK Albums Chart.

Rag’n’Bone Man – whose real name is Rory Graham – admitted the emotional album helped him with the “trauma” of losing a loved one.

He told the publication: “It really helped me through trauma.

“It’s not easy to lose people, family. At first, performing those songs live, I thought, ‘There’s no way. I’d just be a mess.’ But I got over that as well. It was definitely a remedy.”

Stream Time To Love now on all major platforms.
