Jess Glynne to headline Big Summer Kick-Off

Jess Glynne will headline the Big Summer Kick-Off at Twickenham Stadium next month.

The ‘Hold My Hand’ hitmaker will join in the celebrations as Harlequins play their penultimate league fixture against rivals Northampton Saints on 27 April and she’s excited to be following the likes of Pete Tong, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs, and Joel Corry at playing at the rugby side’s events.

She said in a statement: “Headlining Big Summer Kick-Off at Twickenham Stadium is going to be big. My new album comes out the day before so I’m looking forward to celebrating that with everyone and perform some of my favourite songs. Let’s go!”

As well as music from Jess, fans at Big Summer Kick-Off can also enjoy live band Massaoke in the West Fan Village after the match, food and drink stalls, free fairground rides, have-a-go inflatables, Harlequins mascots, face painters and other live performances.

Fans can also look forward to more world-class entertainment with live band Massaoke returning to Twickenham to lead the raucous crowd through their favourite singalong hits post-match in the West Fan Village.

Marcus Smith, Harlequins and England fly-half said: “After the amazing experience of defeating Gloucester in front of 76,000 fans at Big Game 15, to be back in front of another electric crowd will be special”

“Our Big series of games at Twickenham Stadium always bring together a great mix of fans, families and people looking for a fantastic day out and coming up against a rival like Northampton Saints the match will definitely have an extra edge, both on and off the pitch. We can’t wait to put on a great show and hopefully come away with an important win.”

Big Summer Kick-Off general sale tickets are available to buy now, priced from just £35 for Adults and £25 for Under 18’s. Purchase at www.eticketing.co.uk/harlequins with 10% discount for groups of 10+.
